Free Website Templates from the US Government Public Domain Web Templates

I recently spent some time looking for some free web templates. I went to a few government sites, and every one of them had a little disclaimer at the bottom of the page, stating all content could be used for any purpose and is considered public domain. And you can do the same thing too- just visit any US government website. If you like the way it looks, download it onto your computer. (Save as web page complete.) You are allowed to use it.
